Terms & Conditions

  1. By booking for the festival, the delegate has agreed to comply with the festival's participation guidelines, code of conduct, and security regulations. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation of the festival registration.
  2. A delegate MUST be 18 years of age or above. Please carry valid age proof (Passport, Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Driver's Licence) for verification at all times.
  3. Each delegate will receive a festival ID with a unique QR code. One delegate cannot use another delegate's festival badge. Such usage will result in cancellation of the purchase and confiscation of the ID.
  4. It is mandatory for the delegate to wear the festival ID at all times within festival venues. Delegates without the ID will be refused entry by security personnel.
  5. If a delegate loses their festival ID, it will not be replaced. The delegate must purchase a new festival ID for security reasons.
  6. The Festival ID allows access to public film screenings.
  7. Opening and Closing Ceremonies are invite-only events for all except Platinum ticket holders. The festival ID does not automatically grant access to these events.
  8. The detailed schedule of screenings will be shared on the festival website and Instagram page.
  9. Changes to the schedule may occur. These changes will be updated daily on the website and social media platforms.
  10. Delegates opting to sync festival events with Google Calendar acknowledge that event details (title, date, time, location, and description) will be shared securely via Google's API, and any updates will reflect automatically in their calendar.
  11. Entry will be available on a First Come First Seat basis, based on the pass category (Exclusive, Press, Superfan, Popular, Standard, Others).
  12. Delegates who have booked tickets online must arrive at the screening venue 15-30 minutes before the screening.
  13. Piracy is a legal offense. Any audio or video recording during screenings will result in confiscation of the recording device and festival badge. The delegate will be blacklisted for future editions of the festival and legal action may follow.
  14. The festival screening theatres are under strict security surveillance at all times.
  15. For security reasons, the organisers reserve the right to perform a security check on any delegate at any point during the festival.
  16. Delegates must adhere to the prescribed discipline and guidelines to ensure the success and smooth execution of screenings. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling or cancellation of screenings.
  17. The organisers or any agents, officers, and employees are not responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses, or costs suffered at the event.
  18. Food and Beverages will be available inside festival screening venues for sale. Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside.
  19. The delegate agrees to receive communication regarding the festival from BookMyShow via email, SMS, or WhatsApp from the time of purchase.
  20. Pictures and videos shot at the festival are owned by BookMyShow and may be used for promotional purposes.
  21. All information shared is subject to BookMyShow’s Privacy Policy.
